Telehealth
We've expanded our time for telehealth appointments, so that our providers can see patients online for primary care, follow-up visits, mental health services, pain management, medication monitoring and many other issues.

Masking and physical distancing
We require all staff in patient care settings to wear face coverings. We've also implemented physical distancing practices to avoid overcrowding in common areas, such as waiting rooms.

Cleaning and disinfection
Our hospitals and clinics are cleaned and disinfected rigorously, in accordance with the infection prevention guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Vaccination
Per UC policy, everyone who comes to work or study at a UC campus – including employees, vendors, students and volunteers – must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except in cases of an approved exemption or deferral.
