    About our process

I'm not the doctor he need to call me to exsplain why he came to his conclusion without the test he said was must. But then changed his mind. Not telling the hospital to do the test for an accurate diagnosis. It was him that told me that. But then had them send me home. I have been feeling better last three days . Praying and believing for Gods Healing.

Dr. Eichler requested an ultrasound examination due to a swelling in the left knee. This was due to a follow-up after a complete replacement of the femoral artery and a bypass performed to clear an aneurysm. The doctor suspected a possible blood clot or pinched points in the replacement blood vessel for the femoral artery. The doctor showed great concern during his investigation of the symptoms I was experiencing. I was completely satisfied with his decision to have a ultrasound test preformed to further diagnose the cause of the swelling. Still pending results.

He reassured me that they had ruled out bad/concerining things but didn't give very thorough information on what else could be going on. He was unsure why I had my symptoms and attributed it to a known condition I have even though the current symptoms are different from the ones I've had from that condition before. He said that we should continue to monitor it and that there is not anything we need to do right now. I wish he would have spent a little more time counseling me on my condition given that I was in the office from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm waiting to see him since he was delayed.

I did not actually see Dr. Eichler as he was called away for emergency surgery. I saw his physician assistant and a doctor from the podiatry clinic. Did not feel that appointment left me with as much satisfaction and knowledge that Dr. Eichler was aware of all the conditions that were operative in my particular clinical situation but we mutually arrived at the decision for expectant observation over the next three months with a follow-up visit at that time regarding progressive ischemia in my lower extremities

He referred me to the Breast Clinic. I had the nurse send all my records to the breast clinic. I hope they got there and that I hear from them soon. I will call and get an update.
