    Preliminary visit as new patient

Extremely short and rushed spoke more to medical student than I. Very directive and matter of fact without explaining rationale for next steps. I get you're a surgeon but your bedside manner is minimal to none.

Dr. Finlayson is stellar and her team is great.

Dr. Finlayson is extremely personable and professional all at once. If I have to have the surgery we discussed I would prefer she complete my surgery rather than any other surgeon. I honestly feel I can trust her to perform the best outcome possible for me. She is extremely easy to talk with.

The medical student who was working with the provider was extremely thorough and compassionate.

I feel like the team thought I was definitely going through UCSF and just felt rushed into making next procedure appointments. It's great that they were available so soon but I'm getting opinions from many surgeons before making a decision.

Only thing I would request be considered in the future is a recording of the televisit. There was so much information presented that it would be nice to be able to go back and listen to the information again.
