I absolutely love Dr. Pham I travel 3-3.5 hrs to see her I won't let anyone treat me! She listens very personable she cares I totally trust her and her thoughts on my care

I experienced high blood pressure after cortisone injections. I do not recall being advised this Is a possible side effect until after several Injections when my blood pressure shot up unexpectedly. I am glad to know now but I would have appreciated knowing earlier.

DR Pham had not read my record nor the lengthily questionnaire I filled out in advance. She didn't seem to pay attention to the answers I gave to her questions during the visit because she repeated herself several times even tho she had 2(!) transcribers present. She clearly had a standard list of questions and possible remedies that she insisted on going thru regardless of my answers or requests. She was robotic and ignored me as a person.

Clinic asked me to come early as they had some cancellations. Staff seemed in a hurry to get home.

I've been a patient since 2003 I fully trust my doctors and my health care team 110%...I've never had a negative experience that I can think of .

Nothing is given out in writing about what is being done so I can google it or get a second opinion before I have an injection in my neck.

Doctor very clearly explaining situation diagnosis and prognosis treatment option and side effects. In my opinion she is the best in giving all details pluses and minuses to patient about treatment for patient to make right decision. I learned new information.
